An Act amending Titles 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in sentencing, further providing for sentence of total confinement; in licensing of drivers, further providing for notice of acceptance of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, for the offense of driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and for ignition interlock limited license; in miscellaneous provisions relating to serious traffic offenses, further providing for homicide by vehicle while driving under influence; and, in driving after imbibing alcohol or utilizing drugs, further providing for the offense of driving under influence of alcohol or controlled substance, for grading, for penalties, for ignition interlock, for prior offenses and for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition.

An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in game or wildlife protection, further providing for regulations; and, in hunting and furtaking, repealing provisions relating to hunting on Sunday prohibited and to hunting on Sunday without written permission.

An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in juvenile matters, further providing for definitions and for release or delivery to court, providing for mandatory counsel, for child interrogation and for refusal to be recorded electronically and further providing for powers and duties of the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission.

An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for definitions, for persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms, for sale or transfer of firearms and for Pennsylvania State Police.

An Act amending the act of November 6, 1987 (P.L.381, No.79), known as the Older Adults Protective Services Act, extensively revising provisions relating to the protection of abused elderly; establishing a uniform Statewide reporting and investigative system for suspected abuse of the elderly; providing for protective services; prohibiting financial exploitation; providing for funding and for regulations; imposing penalties; and making editorial changes.

An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, in personal income tax, further providing for definitions and for income taxes imposed by other states and providing for provisions for overtime pay; in corporate net income tax, further providing for definitions, for determination of net loss deduction, for imposition of tax, for reports and payment of tax, for timely mailing treated as timely filing and payment and for additional withholding requirements, repealing provisions relating to consolidated reports, further providing for extension of time to file reports, for changes made by Federal Government, for limitations on assessments, for definitions, for manufacturing innovation and reinvestment deduction, for enforcement, rules and regulations, inquisitorial powers of the department, for retention of records and for penalties; in tax credit and tax benefit administration, further providing for definitions and providing for application of tax credits or tax benefits to a unitary business; providing for working Pennsylvanians tax credit; and, in general provisions, further providing for estimated tax, for underpayment of estimated tax and for restatement of tax liability under treaties.

An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, in Commonwealth budget procedures, providing for essential service payments during budget impasse.

An Act amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in transportation infrastructure, providing for design build best value.

An Act amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in child protective services, further providing for definitions, for reporting procedure, for disposition of complaints received, for responsibility for investigation, for access to information in Statewide database, for information in Statewide database and for release of information in confidential reports.
